Summer Festival Fun

Shaun Willoughby, 6, enjoys a candy apple at Taste of Blue Ash, this year Aug. 28-30.

Perhaps you've already seen (or heard) one. Food booths and live music. The blinking lights of the rides, the peals of laughter, the squeals of delight. Crowds of people flooding normally quiet neighborhoods.

It's the season for summer festivals, and from now until Labor Day, these events will fill the warm summer air.

Dozens of parishes will be setting up shop to show everyone a good time. Ethnic groups will show the community how they give a party and invite everyone to join the fun.

There are arts and crafts festivals, food fests, air shows, kids' events, Fourth of July celebrations.

So go out and have fun.
